仕事内容

We are offering opportunities at various levels within a global transformation program focused on standardizing business processes and solutions on an enterprise-wide, global scale. As an SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will utilize your broad and cross-functional understanding of SAP core business processes to lead the design and delivery of comprehensive process and solution strategies. Your expertise will enable you to tackle complex business challenges and deliver substantial value to our clients. You will engage with senior client stakeholders, including CxOs and department heads, facilitating discussions and workshops, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement. This role covers the entire project lifecycle, from the envisioning phase through to delivery, providing broad exposure across both strategy and implementation. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Japanese and English, with 8-10 years of experience, including at least two large-scale SAP implementation projects. Skills in SAP S4/Hana (FI, CO, SDM, MM, CRM, MDM) are essential, and program management skills for large transformation projects are advantageous.
