仕事内容
We are responsible for driving business transformation and global operations for our clients through the implementation of SAP systems. Our role is to collaborate on large-scale global projects with leading domestic and foreign companies, leveraging Accenture's global reach and departmental integration to facilitate significant business transformations. We create an adaptable environment that supports English-only speakers and fosters collaboration with diverse talents from various nations. Our tasks include contributing to corporate transformation, globalization, and digital transformation efforts, where SAP plays a crucial role in visualizing globally dispersed data, standardizing processes, and enhancing digital operations.
Our responsibilities extend to managing large-scale SAP implementation projects, providing opportunities to pursue a project manager career. We handle projects from initial order to planning, using Accenture's methodologies and management techniques. We engage in extensive knowledge-building around SAP, collaborating with other Accenture projects that require data from core systems to develop new management methods, improve customer experiences, and implement digital twins. Our projects often involve introducing new analysis and forecasting technologies and utilizing modern development methods beyond traditional SAP systems, including hybrid projects with multiple software implementations like cloud services and EC packages.
We work closely with SAP and client companies on advanced initiatives such as sustainable management practices, regional revitalization, and support for small and medium-sized enterprises. Our comprehensive education system offers numerous SAP-related training courses globally, along with specialized programs developed for Japan. This ensures continual learning and growth in the SAP domain.
