仕事内容
As the Security Market Development Director, our role is to spearhead business development in the realm of security services, focusing specifically on Identity Access Management and other related security solutions. Our primary responsibility is to work closely with key account personnel and client account leads to identify and leverage opportunities for addressing client challenges and meeting their growth objectives through innovative security solutions. We are tasked with developing and nurturing primary relationships with key Accenture account personnel, especially client account leads (CALs), to drive the identification and progression of security opportunities. This involves crafting a unique roadmap utilizing Identity Access Management to differentiate our offerings in the market.
We will engage in identifying complex technology business problems and opportunities, requiring an in-depth understanding of client needs and implementing network-oriented solutions. A crucial part of our role is interacting with senior management levels both within client organizations and Accenture to develop pursuit strategies, client contact plans, and fostering relationships by applying industry-leading security transformation and operations strategies. Our efforts entail prospects of new opportunities proactively through direct client interactions and progressing these opportunities swiftly to proposal stage.
Success in this role demands deep expertise in the sales processes, from account development and opportunity identification to relationship building and project qualification. Additionally, we should possess a mix of technical and business acumen, enabling us to establish and maintain strong client relationships while supporting account personnel in their interactions with essential buyers. Travel is required from Monday to Thursday to meet client and organizational needs.

その他 | - **応募要件**: • Minimum of 5 years of Business Development in the professional services space – specifically Security Services including Identity Access Management and other Security Related Services.• Minimum of 5 years’ Sales Pursuit Management experience.• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales with quota of $8M+ • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience - **望ましい経験**: • Previous experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing Security.• Experience working within Security customers.• Selling the latest in Identity Access Management – Ping – Sailpoint - Cyberark• Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.• Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.• Demonstrated commitment, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.• Ability to discuss network modernization and operations “on the fly” with VP+ clients and working level technical resources• Experience working with ecosystem partners and hyperscalers• High energy level, focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments.• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.• Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.• Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility and character. |
