仕事内容
We are searching for a Program Manager who is passionate about developing early-career professionals and creating scalable programs within the AWS Early Career Talent (ECT) Program. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the entire lifecycle of our early career programs. This includes designing and enhancing our Internship Program to provide meaningful AWS exposure and to convert top performers into permanent hires, as well as managing the Hiring Program in collaboration with Recruiting and hiring managers to build efficient pipelines for new graduate hires. You will also oversee the Residency Program, which includes creating post-hire curricula, such as tech boot camps and shadowing rotations, to ensure new hires are customer-ready. Additionally, you will define and manage clear progression paths and promotion criteria to facilitate the growth of early-career talent into field-ready professionals. You will work cross-functionally with various AWS departments and stakeholders to ensure the alignment and coherence of our programs with overall business needs. Your role will also involve identifying gaps in existing processes and developing scalable mechanisms, such as dashboards and feedback loops, to drive ongoing improvements across all workflows related to the ECT Program.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - 2+ years of program or project management experience - Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese - **望ましい経験**: - Experience managing training programs - Experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites, or experience in material handling equipment (MHE) or automation environments - Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (agile to waterfall) - PMP certificate, or Bachelor's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - Familiarity with the AWS or broader cloud/technology ecosystem - Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Recruiting, HR, Engineering, Sales) in a matrixed organization |
