仕事内容
As a Telco Engagement Manager, our primary role is to lead AWS project teams, partnering with both client and AWS teams to deliver and operate AWS cloud products and services tailored for Telco customers. We focus on helping these customers achieve their business objectives by leveraging AWS's full platform of solutions. Our responsibilities include managing the entire lifecycle of large and complex Telco projects to ensure successful business outcomes, establishing best practices, and enhancing delivery and operational quality. We collaborate extensively with various groups within AWS to provide the best solutions and foster innovation for Telco clients.
We are expected to have a deep understanding of relevant technologies, AWS offerings, and the AWS partner ecosystem, and apply this knowledge to lead projects effectively. Additionally, we define and share best practices across teams, mentor others, and develop new capabilities to overcome delivery obstacles. Our role involves anticipating risks, managing stakeholder challenges, making technical and business trade-offs, and guiding customers toward scalable, long-term solutions. This involves articulating AWS framework perspectives, mentoring others in engagement delivery best practices, and helping customers refine their business strategy to extend and achieve desired outcomes.
Day-to-day, we aim to establish strategic relationships with Telco clients, build and manage expectations, and act as a Product Owner by effectively communicating client needs to development teams. We also gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, ensuring that delivery quality is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

| その他 | - 応募要件: - 2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale experience. - 7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements experience. - Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). - 望ましい経験: - 5+ years of delivering customer engagements in a professional services role experience. - Active project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2). - AWS certification. - Experience in delivering customer engagements in a professional services role. - Experience with Agile and project management toolsets like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga. - Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent. |
