仕事内容
We are responsible for the technology strategy and maintaining senior-level relationships with our enterprise media customers, promoting thought leadership in the Media & Entertainment (M&E) industry. This involves a keen focus on areas such as Broadcast, Media Supply Chain, and Monetization domains. As a Solutions Architect at AWS, you will educate customers, partners, systems integrators, and consultancies about emerging technologies and solutions transforming the M&E, Games, and Sports industries. Your role includes providing hands-on architectural support for real-life customer projects utilizing AWS services and solutions from Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and partners. You will create and publish content, engage in one-on-one and group presentations with customers, and foster remote and in-person interactions.
Key responsibilities include being a subject matter expert on industry topics related to Media and Entertainment, Games, and Sports, identifying future trends, and applying emerging technologies to enhance workflow efficiencies. Additionally, you will drive thought leadership in Broadcast, Media Supply Chain, and Monetization areas. You will also communicate AWS's offerings to establish it as the preferred cloud service for media organizations keen on boosting revenue growth and asset returns. Your work may involve use cases such as live event production, channel playout origination, advertising insertion, distribution monitoring, media archives management, and content monetization strategies.
We are dedicated to supporting each team member’s career development, prioritizing projects that facilitate growth into more complex roles. You'll be part of a global team of AWS Media and Entertainment Specialist Solutions Architects who engage locally and share knowledge globally, drawing from diverse expertise and customer-oriented practical knowledge. Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese are essential, as is expertise in various technology domains relevant to the role.
