仕事内容
We are seeking a Global Account Manager (GAM) to manage customer relationships with a major automotive company. The GAM will take on the global business leadership of one or two business units within a large account, responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic relationships, leading deployment projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves defining a CXO relationship strategy, coordinating executive business reviews, and managing internal AWS resources to support customer objectives. The main responsibilities include collaborating with the customer’s Business & IT Organizations to establish strategic partnerships and articulate a vision that drives enthusiasm and impacts all business groups.
The GAM will operate at the strategic level within the account, crafting and executing strategies to ensure customer acceptance and seamless service implementation. This involves working closely with AWS resources such as Executives, Solution Architects, and Professional Services, among others, to align customer interests with AWS capabilities. Additionally, the GAM will develop formal case studies and references to showcase AWS-related activities and workloads.
Successful candidates should possess strong decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with previous experience in automotive or manufacturing sectors as a Global Account and Relationship Manager. The role also requires the ability to conduct complex deal negotiations and establish credibility with senior executives. Understanding AWS technology and the automotive industry would be beneficial, although not mandatory.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - A bachelor's degree in business or technology or equivalent work experience. - 10+ year experience working with a Automotive or Manufacturing as a Global Account and Relationship Manager. - Demonstrated decision making, problem solving, and negotiating skills. - **望ましい経験**: - A BA or BS degree in computer science, engineering, business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) and a minimum of 12+ years of enterprise selling experience in large global accounts. - Other experiences to include: experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record; ability to navigate across AWS and the customer in a trusted advisor/consultative approach; and, establishing credibility quickly with senior level executives across the organizations - A strong understanding of AWS and/or technology as a service (Iaas, SaaS, PaaS) would be preferred but not required. - Automotive Industry Knowledge |
