仕事内容
As Cloud Economics Business Development Managers, we focus on helping AWS customers develop and quantify the cost and value benefits of migrating and running applications on AWS. We partner with sales teams to engage prospective customers, sharing best practices in finance strategies and crafting comprehensive migration business cases. Our role involves identifying and overcoming economic barriers to AWS adoption and communicating the economic value proposition to Finance, Business, and IT leaders, including C-level executives.
We spearhead ROI and economic-related business development activities, acting as expert resources on financial modeling and quantifying IT applications and infrastructure value benefits. This includes building detailed financial models to help customers understand their current and future IT landscapes. We also generate and document economic case studies, fostering knowledge sharing within AWS.
Our responsibilities extend to gathering market insights and communicating the economic advantages of AWS over traditional data centers, along with preparing business reviews for senior management. We work extensively with AWS’s internal teams and customers in delivering cloud value advisory, developing business cases, and advocating for Cloud Financial Management best practices — all aimed at helping organizations understand and leverage the business benefits of AWS.
