仕事内容
As a Sr. AIML Specialist with AWS Japan's Specialist team, our primary role is to accelerate the adoption of AWS by designing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for our specific technology domain and assigned accounts. This involves leveraging AWS Sales and our partner network to develop and drive these strategies effectively. We work closely with Line of Business and C-suite leaders to build trust through our technical expertise and address their most pressing business challenges by offering tailored solutions that align with their needs.
A significant part of our responsibilities includes being the primary point of contact for specialist customer engagement within our technology domain. We are tasked with creating and presenting compelling value propositions that specifically meet the needs of our customers. Moreover, we are involved in co-developing GTM plans for new product launches, collaborating with product teams to innovate and create new services. We also partner with leading system integrators worldwide to successfully execute customer projects.
Within the Area Specialist Team, which consists of domain experts, we directly engage with customers to solve their complex challenges. Our team plays an integral role in account planning, identifying opportunities, and pursuing them. We maintain close relationships with customers, offering valuable insights that contribute to strengthening the product roadmap. Our expertise is most effective when customers aim to think big and require specialized knowledge for business innovation.
