仕事内容
As part of the AWS Go-To-Market (GTM) team, we focus on driving corporate-wide initiatives by identifying customer needs and effectively communicating the value of AWS solutions. Our role involves capturing government initiatives and translating them into commercial opportunities, specifically through initiatives such as GENIAC and other cloud-related projects. We actively seek new business opportunities by identifying grant opportunities and addressing specific challenges with these grants. This includes pursuing large cross-segment deals and exploring growth opportunities beyond the Gen AI domain, like the space technology development funding scheme led by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
We collaborate closely with the Government Engagement team to align with government initiatives and enhance the impact of our activities by working alongside the Gen AI Acceleration GTM, Marketing, and AWS Partners. Our day-to-day activities revolve around developing the Government-to-Commercial strategy, working with numerous internal stakeholders for synergy-building across various functions such as Public Sector, Startups, and Strategic Customer Engagement. We lead strategic initiatives and deals, managing relationships with government entities and partner companies, influencing AWS sales teams, and maximizing the reach and impact of initiatives through collaborations with Marketing, PR, and Partner teams.
In essence, our team functions as trusted advisors to customers, transforming their business growth through AWS technologies and solutions. We generalize common customer challenges into use cases, develop horizontal solutions, drive sales plays, and create mechanisms to assist sales teams in proposing solutions to customers. We take an end-to-end approach from research to solution deployment, in close collaboration with multiple AWS teams. | その他 | - **応募要件**: - Bachelor's degree - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Working in or with government is preferred. - Total 7~15 years of career including 7+ years of business development or Go-To-Market or management/digital consulting or IT presales experience with Bachelor's Degree in related - Strong verbal and written communications skills including fluent English as well as Japanese are basic requirements. - **望ましい経験**: - Master's degree or equivalent - MBA, Computer Science, and/or Engineering Degree. - 3+ years of GTM experience in B-to-B - 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - Experience in public cloud / software development / data center / infrastructure / networking technologies with ability to understand current and future customer needs and present AWS technical benefits. - The right person will be capable of catching up the business trend and understanding the complexities of IT environments across the industries. |
