仕事内容
We are looking for a ProServe Partner Leader (PPL) in Japan to collaborate with the largest AWS Partner Network (APN) organizations across the Asia Pacific. The PPL will work with AWS ProServe partners in the Digital Transformation domain to develop relationships with large enterprises and execute strategic initiatives within their accounts. This role involves business and digital transformation consulting, program and relationship development, contract structuring, and overseeing delivery execution.
As a PPL, your responsibilities include building deep, scalable partnerships that facilitate customer innovation and transformation. You will engage with the most significant and transformative deals and leverage these partnerships to benefit our customers. You will navigate the varied needs of Japanese customers by establishing meaningful and scalable partner relationships. The focus will be on devising strategies and value propositions that accelerate business outcomes for both customers and partners.
Additionally, you will be responsible for creating sustainable commercial partnerships and managing the contractual relationships supporting these. Building a strong joint business opportunities pipeline with key AWS ProServe partners for Digital Transformation is crucial to the role. You will also collaborate across the entire AWS organization to access product and service teams for delivering solutions and driving feature innovation based on customer needs.
Required qualifications include experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management, setting up and managing sales pipelines, using data to drive improvements, and engaging with field partners, particularly in cloud technology. Fluency in Japanese and business-level English is necessary. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of AWS or cloud computing concepts and experience in technology-enabled consultative, delivery, or solution roles focused on enterprises.
