仕事内容
We are seeking a Practice Manager at AWS to lead enterprise customers through transformative IT projects, including IT strategy, distributed architecture, and large-scale cloud migrations. The role involves engaging with customers and partners, building strong relationships, and driving AWS adoption in key markets. You will collaborate with sales, pre-sales, training, and support teams to promote AWS services like Amazon EC2, Amazon ECS, Amazon EKS, and more. The responsibility includes delivering high-quality customized engagements for commercial and public sector clients and leading teams of consultants. As a customer advocate, you will work with AWS engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into AWS technology roadmaps.
The key requirements for this role include over 10 years of IT implementation experience, leadership in consulting practice, and the ability to manage large teams with P&L responsibility. The role demands excellent customer relationship management skills, strategic thinking regarding business and technical challenges, and deep knowledge of IaaS cloud computing transitions. Familiarity with global operations, compliance, and security standards is necessary. Proficiency in both Japanese and English is required. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have thought leadership in enterprise IT infrastructure, experience with technology consulting service models, and international sales experience with major enterprise customers.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: Highly technical and analytical, possessing 10 or more years of IT implementation experience- Consulting practice leadership as manager of managers; team size >30 and P&L responsibility- Ability to travel to client locations to deliver professional services as needed- Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges- Deep understanding of infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) cloud computing transition challenges- Enterprise architecture successes including virtualization technologies & distributed architecture- Familiarity with archive, disaster recovery and business continuity in global operations- Familiarity with compliance & security standards across the enterprise IT landscape- Business proficiency in Japanese, and English - **望ましい経験**: Visible IT Industry thought leadership on relevant topics related to enterprise IT infrastructure- Vertical industry sales and delivery experience of contemporary services and solutions- Experience with design of modern, scalable delivery models for technology consulting services- Business development experience including complex agreements w/ integrators and ISVs- International sales and delivery experience with global F500 enterprise customers and partners- Use of AWS services in distributed environments with Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP etc |
