仕事内容
As part of the AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team, we are responsible for fostering growth, revenue, and adoption among both small- to mid-market and enterprise-level customers, including those in the public sector. Our primary aim is to develop strategic relationships with key firms in the Business Consulting & Advisory community to drive industry innovation through the use of Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role involves working as a Partner Development Manager, tasked with building and maintaining deep business, strategic, and technical relationships with management consulting firms and their clients. We focus on identifying areas where AWS can jointly unlock significant business potential.
Our responsibilities include collaborating with the AWS sales team to manage daily interactions with partners and enterprise customers, thereby creating long-term business opportunities. We also work closely with partners to develop and implement innovative industry solutions that lead to transformational changes in client organizations. Through engaging the C-suite, we aim to be a trusted advisor, ultimately contributing to innovation, enhanced business outcomes, and industry transformation.
Key job tasks include working with Business Consulting & Advisory Partners (BCAPs) to pinpoint joint enterprise clients, aiding the APJ and Japan partnership team in defining joint go-to-market strategies, and maximizing partner support. Additionally, we execute strategic business development plans involving multiple internal stakeholders and drive industry-specific innovation with BCAPs. Key technological understanding, particularly in regards to cloud computing, along with effective communication and leadership skills, are essential for success in this role.

| その他 | - 応募要件: - Japanese fluency, Business level English - 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience - 5+ years experience within and knowledge of the top-tier Management Consulting community with demonstrated capability to drive complex sales cycles and transformative deals - Relevant business level technical knowledge (e.g., Cloud, virtualization, AI/ML) with respect to how companies are leveraging these capabilities to drive business outcomes and the challenges they face in achieving them. - Experience working within the technology industry - 望ましい経験: - 10+ years of business development, strategic partnerships, or program/product management experience. - Experience with alliances or partnerships - Industry depth in 2 key market segments – Pharma, Telecom, Financial Sector, Manufacturing, etc. - Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as leadership skill, and demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations |
