仕事内容
At Amazon Web Services (AWS), we are looking to hire an Engagement Manager responsible for leading AWS consultants, partners, and client teams in delivering AWS cloud products and services. Our Engagement Managers play a pivotal role in managing professional services engagements that aim to help our customers achieve their business objectives by leveraging the full platform of AWS customer solutions. These engagements focus on enabling customers and partners to overcome constraints and expedite their transition to AWS.
Engagement Managers are instrumental in ensuring customer success by drawing on AWS's extensive customer experience and best practices. They work collaboratively across the entire AWS organization, engaging with product, service, and training teams to implement the appropriate solutions and drive feature innovations tailored to various industries. Their role also includes assisting customers in making decisions to achieve their technical and business goals by providing best practices, identifying project gaps proactively, and closing those gaps.
Engagement Managers need a comprehensive understanding of technology scenarios applicable to large customers, industries, or technology domains. They articulate technical concepts effectively to both technical and business audiences and lead cross-organizational initiatives that require joint consensus and collaboration. Establishing best practices in a well-understood domain or across organizations, they create and evolve technical documentation standards. Additionally, they offer engagement-specific guidance on delivery methodology and may pursue certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Solutions Architect Associate to enhance their expertise in project management and agile methodologies.

| その他 | - 応募要件: - 7+ years relevant industry experience - 5+ years of experience as a consultant or transformation lead - Has led significantly complex and/or transformational engagements - Assists customers to envision business objectives and implement solutions - Business level of Japanese and English - 望ましい経験: - Has deep and broad understanding of principles that apply to technology scenarios for large customers, industries, or technology domains - Exemplary in communicating technical concepts to both technical and business audiences - Leads cross-org initiatives requiring the consensus and collaboration of many teams - Establishes best practices in a deeply understood domain and/or broadly across organizations - Develops scaled mechanisms to create and evolve technical documentation; defines documentation standards - Defines, educates/mentors, and provides engagement-specific guidance on delivery methodology - PMP or any other relevant project management certification(s) - Scrum Master or any other relevant agile project management certification(s) - Able to achieve a Solutions Architect Associate Certification within 6 months of being hired |
