仕事内容
As an Area Delivery Leader for the Professional Service (ProServe) Japan Shared Delivery Team (SDT), we will manage cloud transformation programs for major enterprise customers. Our responsibilities include leading and enhancing a specialized technical team in areas like AI/ML, Data and Analytics, and Cloud Migration. We are accountable for the implementation of diverse customer cloud programs and the development of strategic delivery partners to enhance specialist capacity and skills. Collaborating with different AWS teams globally, we will devise and implement solutions to ensure outstanding delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
We must have strong leadership skills to manage technical teams, driving them towards successful implementation and scaling of cloud projects. Expertise in IT service management, cloud computing, and strategic engagements is crucial as we ensure delivery meets and exceeds customer expectations. Our role demands proficiency in stakeholder relationship management, problem-solving, and risk management. A deep understanding of cloud consulting is necessary, as well as the capacity to boost productivity through repeatable solutions. We are also expected to handle customer feedback and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Based in Tokyo, we will report to the APJ ProServe Delivery Director and work closely with local ProServe leaders. Occasional travel is anticipated to fulfill our engagement and delivery duties. Fluency in Japanese and business-level English is essential to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders effectively.
