仕事内容
As a Logistics Operations Specialist, our primary responsibility is to oversee and support the seamless flow of materials, parts, and equipment within our logistics network. We manage the daily inbound and outbound activities, ensure inventory accuracy, and collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and procurement teams to meet service level commitments. We act as the key contact for logistics operations across multiple sites, coordinating shipment schedules, tracking, and resolving issues while supervising onsite activities such as receiving, unpacking, and verifying contents. Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and safety across all workspaces is a crucial part of our role.
We are involved in continuous improvement initiatives by conducting root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks, recommending process changes, and supporting the implementation of new workflows. By leveraging our operational expertise and analytical skills, we drive efficiency gains, reduce waste, and enhance the overall performance of logistics functions.
Working hours are 9:00 to 18:00 on business days, mainly conducted onsite with occasional outdoor work for shipment support. We may encounter noise levels comparable to an industrial-grade fan and need to lift materials up to 18kg, with support from teammates. Occasional trips across the cluster may be required to support other sites. We also handle on-call duties outside regular work hours, rotating among team members, and wear necessary PPE, including safety shoes.
