仕事内容
As part of the AWS Infrastructure Partner Management (IPM) team, our role involves managing business control and vendor relationships for colocation data center vendors where AWS infrastructure is implemented. We facilitate AWS’s colo vendor business review program, aiming to enhance service performance and fulfill AWS’s System and Organizational Controls (SOC) compliance. Our responsibilities include resolving issues between AWS internal customers and colo vendors, concentrating on vendor performance, service level breaches, and reducing infrastructure risks. By doing so, we support key stakeholders like Operations, Safety, and Security in improving services and resolving contractual and relationship issues.
In the role of Infrastructure Partner Manager, our tasks involve managing AWS's relationships with colocation providers to drive service improvements across global infrastructure deployments. We lead cross-organizational business reviews and oversee the development and execution of infrastructure risk reduction projects. Our initiatives aim at delivering improved experiences for both internal customers and vendor partners. Additionally, we act as subject matter experts concerning AWS’s service relationships and the vendors’ performance.
Our key job activities include conducting cross-organizational business reviews with infrastructure providers, leading infrastructure risk mitigation projects, managing relationships with key vendors, and improving service performance. We also empower internal teams in operations and security through ongoing performance improvement efforts and act as subject matter experts on AWS’s commercial relations with infrastructure vendors.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience- 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience- Bachelor's degree- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) - **望ましい経験**: Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software- Experience delivering Lean/Six Sigma projects such as Kaizens, Greenbelts, and continuous improvement initiatives, this should include needs assessment, business case creation, scope definition, project planning and project implementation- Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting. |
