仕事内容
私たちは、AWSのデータセンターの継続的な健康とパフォーマンスを保証するために、制御システムの導入とサービスを提供する「データセンター容量デリバリ・アジア太平洋コントロール・デプロイメントおよびサービス（DCCD APAC CDS）」チームに参加します。具体的な仕事として、新しいデータセンターへの制御システムの導入、既存の施設のアップグレード、および共有施設へのAmazonハードウェアの実装を行います。また、地域内のデータセンターを対象にした専門的なサービス提供や、グローバルオペレーションのサポートも行います。私たちの役割には、技術プロジェクトの実行、制御および電力監視システムの設置と保守、システムの最適な性能を維持するための診断やプログラミングが含まれます。AWSの安全基準と品質基準に基づいて、すべての活動を確実に実行します。加えて、ベンダーとの関係構築を通じて、成功した展開と運用を推進します。さらに、データセンターの可用性を維持するために、緊急時の対応やオンコールサポート、サービス契約の管理、チケットシステムによる業務の優先順位付けを行います。AWSの革新的なビジネスと、グローバルカスタマー向けに提供する高品質なサービスの一端を担う役割です。
