仕事内容
As an IT End User Support Specialist for Deal Support CoE L2C EU/AS, our main responsibility is to enhance the productivity of our customer-facing roles, such as the sales team, allowing them to prioritize customer interaction and simplify their purchasing experience with SAP. This involves providing reliable, high-quality assistance on both transactional and business-related queries. We'll actively engage with various business applications and processes, enhancing our understanding of sales operations within a Cloud company. Our key focus will be on supporting Cloud, On-Premise, Services Sales, and future deal processes, ensuring support during transitions and maintaining current business efficiency.
We handle end-user inquiries by identifying issues, troubleshooting, and resolving them while maintaining awareness of trending issues to preempt potential escalations. Functioning within a multi-channel environment, we provide support via chat, call-outs, and ticketing, adjusting our level of consultation as our expertise grows. By exchanging best practices and adhering to standard execution models, we aim to optimize team efficiency.
Additionally, we'll participate in and contribute to learning and networking activities to consistently expand our expertise and collaboration. Testing new system features and providing feedback is also part of our role. We may also contribute to or lead projects related to process improvements. Our BASE Team functions as the bridge between customer-facing roles and technical development, offering user-oriented support and ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience. Our global team, based in Prague, Manila, and Buenos Aires, remains committed to collaboration and providing best-in-class support.
