仕事内容
We are seeking a seasoned professional with profound expertise in compliance strategy, audit leadership, and large-scale security governance. Your role will be pivotal in defining frameworks and influencing stakeholders to enhance enterprise-wide compliance maturity. Extensive experience in cloud security, Zero Trust principles, IAM, and regulatory alignment is crucial. You will be leading compliance programs and crafting enterprise control frameworks in line with standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining continuous compliance capabilities, which include automated monitoring and policy enforcement.
Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing cloud and AI governance, model risk management, data privacy, and security controls. You will also guide audit planning and execution, mentor compliance professionals, and drive remediation efforts. As part of our leadership, you will shape compliance program design and execution across teams at SAP NS2. This role doesn't just require deep subject matter expertise; it necessitates the ability to influence individuals across the organization, fostering a culture of security, governance, and accountability.
Candidates must possess a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity strategies, including frameworks like FedRAMP, CMMC, ISO, RMF, and SOC. Experience with U.S. Department of Defense, federal agencies, and intelligence community cybersecurity practices is necessary. You should be capable of communicating complex technical challenges and translating them into clear business decisions for various stakeholders. Engaging with customers to address their security and compliance needs and reviewing contracts for compliance are also key responsibilities. A CISSP or equivalent professional security certification is required, and the ability to craft executive briefings for high-level leaders is essential.
