仕事内容
We focus on supporting trainees on their path to employment as part of our CSS_APJ Korea team, based in Seoul, for SAP's Customer Services & Support in the Asia Pacific Japan region. Our role encompasses various aspects to facilitate trainees' career advancement. Firstly, we coordinate employment support, which involves tracking and updating trainees' employment status, facilitating communication with partner companies, and managing the employment website for trainees. Secondly, we engage in corporate engagement and partnership development by promoting training programs to potential employers and identifying new employment opportunities, thereby establishing partnerships beneficial for our trainees.
Furthermore, we offer trainee support and career coaching, providing one-on-one career consulting, personalized coaching sessions, and assistance with resume and cover letter reviews as well as interview preparation. Additionally, we support the operation and administration of training programs, ensuring the smooth progress of trainees' learning and their active participation. Our work, situated at the crossroads of career development and corporate engagement, directly impacts the employment outcomes of trainees in the SAP Code Academy program. Collaborating with seasoned colleagues, corporate partners, and training professionals, we are committed to constructing meaningful career pathways and contributing to trainees moving closer to careers they are passionate about.
