仕事内容
As an Engagement Manager, our primary role is to ensure the successful delivery of solutions within the agreed timeline and budget to fulfill our customers' objectives. This involves adhering to ServiceNow's NowCreate methodology, which guides us in effectively managing the project scope in collaboration with customer project teams and any partners. We are tasked with maintaining governance, mitigating risks, and addressing any issues that arise, ensuring all team members are aligned and supportive of the project. Our responsibilities also include assembling and leading the ServiceNow resources, ensuring they comprehend their tasks and tracking the project's progress, while managing deviations with suitable measures.
We lead the delivery team throughout the engagement, often in concert with a services partner, and manage all aspects of project governance, including timelines, scope, risks, change management, resources, reporting, and financials. In collaboration with the Sales Account Team, partners, and the customer, we work to understand the complete scope of the engagement, its challenges, and the value it delivers. We align our deliverables with the customer's goals and employ our expertise in the NowCreate methodology to ensure long-term customer success.
An essential aspect of our role is to act as the single point of contact to facilitate collaboration and secure customer agreement on proposed solutions. We also mentor the Customer Outcomes or Partner team members to help them achieve the engagement's deliverables and promote desirable outcomes for the customer. Identifying and resolving any gaps between actual performance and the plan is crucial to our role, as is leading the delivery team through complex programs that may involve multiple workstreams and partners.
