仕事内容
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic technical presale professional for the role of Advisory Solution Consultant, focusing on ServiceNow's Workflow Data Fabric & RaptorDB. In this position, we aim to shape and deliver innovative and scalable data platform solutions for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in defining and showcasing the technical vision for ServiceNow’s data capabilities, emphasizing distributed databases, data integration, and advanced analytics within the broader ServiceNow ecosystem, including NowAssist and Agentic AI.
Your key responsibilities will include serving as a primary technical advisor advocating for ServiceNow’s data solutions, providing database architecture advice to clients, and guiding them on transactional and analytical workloads on RaptorDB. You will lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer needs and design solutions, build and deliver custom proofs of concept and value to demonstrate RaptorDB’s capabilities, and offer competitive differentiation insights. You will also communicate complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and executive audiences, collaborate with product teams to share customer insights, and support the presales lifecycle from qualification to close, including workshops and solution validation.
To succeed, you should have over five years of experience in technical presales or architecture roles with enterprise data platforms and a deep understanding of distributed databases, data engineering, and integration technologies. Hands-on experience with data ingestion, ETL pipelines, real-time streaming platforms, and coding in SQL or Python is essential. Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and familiarity with competitive data platforms are strong assets. Additionally, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are required to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value.
