仕事内容

In this role, we are responsible for managing inquiries from potential ServiceNow partners, providing clear explanations and follow-ups regarding the ServiceNow Partner Program, both online and in-person. Our work involves addressing various questions from new partners related to training, licensing, and product information, in collaboration with our internal teams. We drive partner enablement by utilizing existing training and development programs effectively. Organizing networking events is key to connecting implementation and reseller partners possessing ServiceNow skills, thus broadening the Partner Ecosystem.

Our tasks include identifying qualified implementation partners to elevate them as Focus Partners and aid in upgrading their partner tiers through routine meetings. We work to align ServiceNow account teams with partners to foster new business opportunities. Reading and accurately interpreting English source materials to create Japanese-language documents for internal and external use is integral. We also maintain up-to-date partner tier statuses and manage information through our internal tools.

Regular KPI management and ecosystem growth reporting are critical to our responsibilities. We contribute to expanding the Partner Ecosystem through various initiatives aimed at business growth. Effective communication is essential, ensuring collaboration with key business stakeholders, IT, external partners, and third-party software vendors to deliver robust solutions. We are tasked with managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively amidst competing demands.

Our qualifications involve experience in leveraging AI for process integration and problem-solving, flexible communication skills, and prior experience in new-partner onboarding within IT. We are proactive with AI to enhance personal and business efficiency, possess strong English reading skills for material comprehension and translation, and demonstrate project management ability. We are committed to identifying and engaging relevant stakeholders independently, promoting logical thinking to drive ecosystem growth, and maintaining a hospitality mindset that strengthens long-term partner relationships. Teamwork and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
