仕事内容
As part of the Customer Outcomes team, we focus on enhancing platform adoption and customer success by leveraging our extensive service portfolio, delivered through skilled consultants and a robust partner ecosystem. In this role as a Customer Outcomes Platform Architect, you will play a technical advisory role, assisting our customers in building a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform. You'll design solutions that foster improved outcomes by implementing leading practices in instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and maintaining the platform's technical health.
Your responsibilities include collaborating with clients across various organizational levels such as executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams during the entire lifecycle of solution selling, structuring, and implementation. As a technical expert guiding multiple engagements, you ensure successful customer solutions through your guidance to customers, partners, and internal teams. You will develop relationships with technical and business leaders at customer sites, translating business goals into effective solutions and roadmaps aligned with their digital transformation vision.
Moreover, you will work closely with Enterprise Architects to establish ServiceNow as the standard digital transformation platform, ensuring seamless integration with core applications. Managing technical governance and operating models, you will contribute to instance health by minimizing technical debt and aligning practices with ServiceNow standards. Supporting sales through engagement scoping and change order estimation, you will share your expertise on the platform, contribute to professional development through mentoring, and maintain relevant skills and certifications. Your strong background and experience in integrating AI, along with substantial professional services experience, are vital for success in this role. Fluency in Japanese and authorization to work in Japan are mandatory.
