仕事内容
As a Global Account Solution Consultant at ServiceNow, our job focuses on engaging with specified global accounts within the Telecommunication Industry. We are responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with customers and prospects in those accounts across the global market. Our role is integral to the Solution Consulting team, impacting the company’s success by supporting ITX, Employee Workflow, and Customer Workflow Solution Sales. We collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and executive teams to drive revenue growth for all ServiceNow products.
Our duties include orchestrating and leading the core and global technical resources to execute the global account plan, focusing on technical strategies and solutions. We work to build credibility and trust with the customer's technical leadership, such as CTOs and CIOs, while understanding the customer's business, industry, and global operations to support effective technical strategy and execution. We also facilitate the sharing and collaboration of opportunities, innovations, and adoption to support technical pipeline development and account growth and ensure the effective adoption and optimization of ServiceNow licenses to maximize value and secure customer loyalty.
Key responsibilities involve engaging with customer executives to pinpoint business pain points and opportunities, translating them into technology solutions, and driving the development of technical aspects of the global account planning with geo-based teams. We manage account resource alignment, coverage, and priorities by collaborating with geo SC managers. Additionally, we monitor global technical documentation and channels to ensure cohesion and cultivate geo-based SC resources.
For success in this role, we should have over seven years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering, preferably within the Telecommunications industry. Mastery in pre-sales processes, ITSM & ITOM experience, strong communication, and presentation skills, along with a high degree of passion and a problem-solving mindset, are essential. We also need to work collaboratively with multiple teams, including product management and marketing, with a strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture.
