仕事内容

As Global Account Directors at ServiceNow, we are tasked with managing and nurturing relationships with our largest existing clients on a global scale. This strategic role involves producing new business opportunities and supporting executive relationship management for designated accounts. We lead virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services, to deliver high-quality solutions that align with our clients' business objectives and drive revenue growth. Our responsibility is to serve as the central point of contact between clients and ServiceNow, fostering long-term partnerships to maximize customer satisfaction.

In this role, we provide strategic leadership and partnerships to our clients, acting as the relationship manager between them and ServiceNow. We collaborate with various ServiceNow teams to develop tailored solutions that target each customer's strategic goals, while managing large virtual teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Our duties include overseeing the growth of global accounts, deploying worldwide resources, and building strong, multi-tiered relationships within client organizations, from IT teams to CxO levels. We are also accountable for achieving financial targets for our assigned clients, including overseeing licenses, renewals, and professional services.

To succeed in this role, we bring over ten years of experience in client management, with a track record of aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities, and at least five years in a similar global account director role. Our experience includes sales in IT service management, HR, security operations, customer service, or IT operations management, particularly within software or IT sales environments. We have a deep understanding of the global financial business landscape and experience with software sales in the financial or manufacturing industries. Our work often involves travel to meet clients and coordinate with global teams.
