仕事内容
As a member of our Solution Consulting team at ServiceNow, your primary responsibility is to support ITX and Security Solution Sales, significantly influencing our future success. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team to drive revenue for our products. The role involves acting as a hands-on technical consultant capable of delivering comprehensive solution positioning and delivery during sales cycles.
Your tasks include developing, positioning, and providing product-specific solutions during sales cycles while working towards achieving both quarterly and annual sales goals for a designated territory. You will act as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team, leading discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and conducting product demonstrations to align our solutions with customer needs. You must be prepared to address product feature and technical queries from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
Additionally, you will provide feedback to Product Management for potential product enhancements that align with customer needs and elevate value offerings. Sharing and learning best practices with fellow Solution Consultants will be crucial in enhancing the team's quality and efficiency. Staying updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation, and supporting marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows are also expected.
To excel in this role, you should have over seven years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering, with proficiency in the ServiceNow platform or expertise in cloud software solutions. Experience in working collaboratively with Product Management, Product Marketing, Partners, and Professional Services, along with territory management skills and pipeline building, is essential. Travel may be required.
