仕事内容
As part of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model. This involves comprehensive account and territory planning, researching prospective customers, and employing business development strategies to execute field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territories, or verticals. Your role includes developing relationships with multiple C-suite executives, such as CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and CDOs, while overseeing and orchestrating account strategy with a broad virtual team, including Solutions Consultants, Specialists, and other resources. As a trusted advisor, you will work to understand customers' business needs, advising on how ServiceNow can assist with their IT roadmap advancements.
You will be expected to identify and engage the appropriate specialist or support resources to include in a deal at the right times, ensuring the seamless integration of solutions. Success in this role requires at least five years of sales experience within a software or solutions sales organization, the ability to foster trusted relationships with current and prospective clients, and a proven track record in producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong C-level relationships. Additionally, you must possess the capacity to grasp the broader strategic picture and embrace a customer success-focused, “win as a team” ethos. Travel may be necessary for up to 50% of the time.
