仕事内容
In this role, we will engage with executives to determine and manage custom, industry-aligned digital transformation advisory engagements at select customers, leveraging ServiceNow methodologies. We will lead discovery workshops with prospective and existing customer leadership and their teams to understand their goals and challenges, and document insights to present recommended solutions that align with customer objectives. Our responsibilities include creating high-quality deliverables that communicate strategic alignments, present multi-year roadmaps, and document full business cases to justify actions. We will provide communication and advice in both one-on-one and group settings.
Additionally, we will collaborate with sales and customer success teams to determine account plans and sales strategies for regional accounts, offering expertise to assess and prioritize accounts and strategies. Our role extends to providing full lifecycle business outcome and value realization advice. We will identify and lead the creation of new intellectual property, such as best practices, white papers, and workshops, while improving current methods and frameworks. Furthermore, we will work alongside and enable ServiceNow teams to adopt a business consulting approach to sales. Our success in this role relies on fluency in Japanese and English, substantial experience in management consulting or similar roles, and the ability to develop strong C-Level relationships.

Must be already authorized to work in Japan. 10+ years of relevant experience as a Management consultant with exposure to cloud technologies or a customer-facing strategy manager with a technology vendor. - **望ましい経験**: Executive / leadership experience working on digital transformation projects or enterprise software deployments preferred. Experience in a major industry (such as FSI, Telco, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) is preferred. Experience developing C-Level relationships with an ability to simplify and communicate complex topics to an audience. Experience with public speaking, meeting facilitation and white boarding. Deep customer connects in regions. High level of executive presence with a humble demeanor. Analytical and financial experience. Enjoyment working in a collaborative environment. Ability to travel up to 40% of the time. |
