仕事内容
As a member of our Solution Consulting team, your role will significantly impact our future success by supporting Solution Sales for Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX. Your responsibilities include guiding revenue for one of our products in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. As a hands-on technical consultant, you will engage deeply in solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles. Specifically, you will support product sales as a technical and domain expert, lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges, and deliver product demonstrations to align solutions with customer needs. Additionally, you will answer technical questions from customers and partners, provide feedback for product enhancement, and share best practices with the team. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on competitive analysis and market differentiation is also essential. You will support marketing activities such as executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows. To succeed, you need over seven years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions, and skills in territory management, including pipeline building and execution guidance in collaboration with Sales. Travel might be necessary for this role.
