仕事内容
In this role, we focus on generating new business sales revenue through a SaaS license model. Our approach includes account planning, territory planning, and researching potential customers. We employ business development strategies and complete field-based sales activities within a specified set of prospects, territory, or vertical. Our responsibilities involve developing relationships with multiple C-suite executives, including CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and CDOs, across all product sales. We oversee client relationship mapping to our account team and orchestrate an account strategy across a broad virtual team comprising Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing. As trusted advisors to our customers, we understand their business and provide guidance on how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap. Furthermore, we identify the appropriate specialist or support resources to involve in a deal at the right moment.
Success in this role demands over seven years of experience in software or solutions sales, the capacity to foster trusted relationships with clients and teams, and the ability to generate new business while maintaining strong C-Level relationships. We also aim to achieve sales targets and encourage a customer success focus in a team-oriented environment.
