仕事内容
As a member of our Solution Consulting team, we play a critical role in our company's success by supporting solution sales for Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX. Our main responsibility is to guide revenue for one of our products through collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and executive teams. In this capacity, we act as hands-on technical consultants who engage deeply in solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles. Our tasks include developing and positioning product-specific solutions to meet sales goals for designated territories. We provide technical expertise and domain knowledge to support product sales within a client-facing sales team.
Additionally, we lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and conduct product demonstrations to align our solutions with their needs. We address product feature and technical queries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues, and offer feedback to product management regarding enhancements that could add value for customers. It's crucial to share and learn best practices within the team to improve efficiency and quality. Staying up-to-date with competitive analysis and market differentiation is also part of our role.
Participation in marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows is expected. Success in this position requires over seven years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering, proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams. Effective territory management and travel when necessary are also key components of our role.
