仕事内容
As a member of our Solution Consulting team, we play a pivotal role in driving the future success of our organization by supporting solution sales across various domains such as Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX. Our responsibilities include guiding revenue for one of our products, achieved through collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and executive leadership. As hands-on technical consultants, we delve deeply into solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles, ensuring that we meet our quarterly and annual sales targets within an assigned territory.
Key tasks include supporting product sales by serving as technical and domain experts on a client-facing sales team, leading discovery workshops to identify customer challenges, and conducting product demonstrations to ensure alignment with customer needs. Additionally, we handle product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues. Providing feedback to product management regarding potential enhancements and value additions is also crucial.
Furthermore, we share and learn best practices among our peers to improve team quality and efficiency, stay up-to-date on competitive analysis and market trends, and support marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
To thrive in this role, extensive experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering is essential, along with proficiency in the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions. Collaboration with various internal teams and effective territory management, including pipeline building and ensuring excellent execution with sales counterparts, are also critical components of the role.
