仕事内容
As a Senior Technical Accelerator Consultant – Impact at ServiceNow, we are tasked with playing a crucial role in enhancing customers' digital transformation journeys on the Now Platform through our ServiceNow Impact product. Our primary responsibility is to deliver technical accelerators that help clients maximize the business value of the ServiceNow products they've invested in and expedite their realization of benefits. In this capacity, we serve as subject matter experts in ServiceNow, utilizing our extensive knowledge to offer best practices, innovative solutions, and platform capabilities to assist customers in achieving their objectives.
Our work involves presenting and remotely delivering various services from our technical accelerator portfolio to complex, large-scale enterprise clients. We are responsible for preparing both client-facing and internal technical deliverables, identifying and driving improvements in processes, guiding best practice development, and mentoring junior team members. We also play a role in developing new offerings for our technical accelerator portfolio and addressing customer requests related to our Impact services, where we engage in scoping efforts, meeting business requirements, and resolving customer escalations.
Furthermore, we demonstrate our products, tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers, and maintain strong working relationships across teams to address business and technical problems as they evolve. Continuous improvement of our implementation methodology and service offerings is a key part of our role, requiring us to leverage insights gained from client engagements. Additionally, we mentor resources and conduct peer reviews of development work to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Fluency in both Japanese and English is essential, along with proven experience in delivering ServiceNow solutions in client environments. We work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring our actions contribute to measurable value for customers and support the creation of customer success stories.
