仕事内容
In this role, we manage the program scope, objectives, and targets through strategic program management to guide digital transformation programs. We advise portfolio, project, PMO, and business leaders to define and manage program visions, scopes, and objectives, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow’s strategic targets like costs, revenue, and profit. This involves actively analyzing objectives to identify trends and gaps, recommending solutions to optimize performance. We manage program lifecycles by recommending resources, identifying priorities, and balancing workloads to meet objectives and program schedules. This includes financial planning, budget preparation, and managing variances.
We define program management standards that support successful project execution, focusing on metrics, evaluation, and prioritization. This includes establishing performance indicators for real-time transparency and managing project intakes through governance and leadership. Governance involves orchestrating program structures to facilitate decision-making and resource allocation. We use best practice project management principles, perform phase gate reviews, and monitor project delivery to ensure benefits realization. Our role also includes driving continuous improvement in program processes and coordinating alignment with enterprise planning processes.
Key skills include effective communication with executive audiences, flexibility, adaptability, influencing abilities, and managing multiple priorities. Problem-solving and organizational change management are essential, along with navigating organizational politics. The position requires extensive experience in program management within technology organizations, preferably with system integrators or management consulting firms. Skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint for complex data management, analytics understanding, and experience in a dynamic environment are also crucial, with preferred certifications including PgMP and PMP & Agile.
