仕事内容
In this role, we provide business and technical leadership to our consultants, customers, and partners. This includes offering guidance in creating solution designs and managing technical implementations within engagements. We are directly responsible for hiring and developing high-performing experts who specialize in implementing and configuring ServiceNow Technology Workflows products. Our duties involve supporting the services go-to-market strategy during sales pursuits, ensuring accurate delivery scoping, and translating customer visions into actionable plans. We work closely with internal teams to facilitate training, enable product management, and establish best practices.
We are tasked with promoting continuous improvement by contributing thought leadership and optimizing advisory expert services and co-delivery models to achieve customer outcomes. Building and nurturing strong business unit relationships through joint goal partnerships is also expected. We engage with customer leadership to position expert resources in various engagement models, including advisory expertise and independent implementation work. Additionally, partnering with leading practice resources in designing platform products and capabilities is crucial.
We manage a team of 4-12 Technical Consultants, focusing on their performance management, career development, and ensuring the quality assurance of customer engagements. Success is measured through traditional business metrics such as budgets and revenue, productivity, customer satisfaction, product consumption, adoption, and talent development. The role requires travel up to 25% annually.
