仕事内容
The Advanced Technology Group (ATG) at ServiceNow is at the forefront of innovation, focusing on creating intelligent software and smart user experiences using the latest advanced technologies. Our dual mission involves developing and evolving our AI platform while collaborating with various teams to create AI-powered work experiences. In this role, you'll contribute significantly to building the next generation of Large Language Models (LLMs) for Enterprise Language Generation, enhancing the NOW platform with AI experiences for day-to-day tasks. You will address real-world challenges using your AI/ML expertise, applying existing methods or developing new ones to solve problems practically and on a large scale.
Your responsibilities will include researching, proposing, and implementing appropriate models and techniques, as well as training and evaluating these models. You will help design and scale LLMs as a critical AI-first platform offering in ServiceNow’s product portfolio. Collaboration is key, and you will work daily with developers, applied research scientists, product managers, and quality engineers to deliver high-quality software. You'll also work closely with product owners to understand requirements and take ownership of your code across design, implementation, and testing stages, ultimately delivering impactful solutions to users.
To thrive in this role, you should have expertise in Python, Object-Oriented Programming, and design patterns. Experience with pretraining, instruction fine-tuning techniques, and various transformer architectures is essential. You’ll also be expected to handle large-scale data processing pipelines and effectively communicate your research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of LLMs across the organization.

Experience with Instruction fine tuning and other fine tuning techniques is a must. Experience with various transformer architectures (auto-regressive ,sequence-to-sequence etc) Ability to read latest papers and experiment with the ideas. Creating and maintaining large-scale data processing pipelines that ensure that data is processed accurately, efficiently, and securely.
