仕事内容
In this role, we focus on generating new business sales revenue through a SaaS license model. This involves account planning, territory planning, researching potential customer prospects, applying business development strategies, and executing field-based sales activities for a specific set of prospects, territories, or verticals. Our responsibilities include developing relationships with multiple C-suite executives, like CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and CDOs, across all product sales. We also oversee client relationship mapping to align with the account team and coordinate an account strategy involving a broad virtual team consisting of Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing teams.
Additionally, we act as trusted advisors to our customers by gaining a deep understanding of their business requirements and advising on how ServiceNow can assist their IT roadmap. Part of our role is to identify the appropriate specialist and support resources to bring into a deal at the right time, ensuring the success of our initiatives. This position requires at least 7 years of experience in software or solutions sales, the ability to form trusted relationships with clients, the capacity to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain strong C-Level relationships, as well as experience in achieving sales targets and promoting a customer success-focused, team-oriented environment.
