仕事内容
In this role, we, as support engineers, are part of a global team responsible for guiding our customers through critical technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases. Our primary focus is on providing exceptional customer support experiences, which requires us to build trust, show empathy, and communicate efficiently with customers. Our daily tasks include resolving technical problems raised by customers who need assistance understanding, troubleshooting unexpected behaviors, or answering technical questions about the ServiceNow software and platform.
We utilize a range of technologies such as web, chat, email, case updates, and direct telephone support to address customer inquiries and resolve issues. A deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its core functionalities is crucial, as we employ various diagnostic tools to pinpoint potential causes of issues. In some cases, we need to collaborate with other teams to manage and resolve complex problems.
We also play a vital role in offering insights across business units for process and product improvements, given our unique perspective from working directly on technical issues for customers. Creative problem-solving skills, collaboration, and flexibility are key to excelling in this position. Additionally, we bring our technical expertise, including the ability to read basic Java/JavaScript code and to explain solutions to complex problems, all while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and customer service.
