仕事内容
In this role as a Customer Outcomes Senior Technical Consultant, we are responsible for configuring the ServiceNow Platform, including IT Workflow, Customer Workflow, Employee Workflow, and the Platform itself, according to leading practices. Our goal is to deliver solutions that meet customer outcomes effectively. We act as both functional and technical experts during customer engagements. Our duties include participating in workshops with customers to evaluate current processes and setting up future-state processes. We design and deliver ServiceNow solutions with a technical architecture aimed at long-term success, adhering to ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
Additionally, we provide oversight and perform unit testing on code developed by partner or customer employees and advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow Platform capabilities to enhance their business processes. In guiding customers, we help complete essential documentation like business requirement workbooks for technical aspects of the solution. We also provide feedback to product development to enhance the product based on customer engagements.
Maintenance of skills and certifications on ServiceNow solutions is part of our continuous professional development. Our success is supported by a background in integrating AI into work processes and proficiency in Japanese, alongside a willingness to travel up to 20% for engagements. With over eight years of experience in professional services or equivalent education, we have a creative approach to independently managing projects and solving complex issues through thorough analysis.
