仕事内容
We are part of the Digital Acquisitions Strategy and Operations (DASO) team in the APJ region and are looking to add a talented Ad Operations Specialist to our ranks. Our team focuses on setting up, trafficking, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google CM360, DV360, Yahoo Japan, and paid social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. You will collaborate with DSPs, ad tech partners, and agencies to effectively launch and sustain all campaigns. Key tasks include conducting weekly evaluations and optimizations of campaign performance, recommending budget reallocations, ensuring full delivery against budget and goals, and offering delivery reports to our internal teams and account managers.
Additionally, this role involves coordinating with the Global DASO team and Ad tech team to deploy new technologies and best practices regionally. You will be responsible for troubleshooting delivery issues related to campaign assets and maintaining reporting systems. We are looking for someone with a strong track record in executing data-driven digital ad campaigns, adept in programmatic display platforms and social media ad management, and experienced in integrating AI into processes. Fluency in Japanese and English is required for seamless communication across our regional and global teams. We value excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, both independently and collaboratively.
