仕事内容
In this role, we focus on generating new business sales revenue through a SaaS license model within defined prospects, territories, or verticals. Our strategy includes account and territory planning, targeting potential customers, and employing business development strategies. This involves developing strong relationships with multiple C-suite executives, such as CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and CDOs, across all product sales. Managing these relationships extends to guiding account strategy across a virtual team comprising solutions consultants, specialists, success resources, partners, and marketing professionals. As trusted advisors, we aim to understand customer business operations deeply and provide insightful guidance on how ServiceNow can enhance their IT roadmaps. This role demands identifying and bringing in the correct specialist or support resources at critical junctures during negotiations. Key skills include the ability to leverage AI-driven insights, problem-solving, a minimum of five years of experience in software or solutions sales, and the expertise to establish and maintain strong relationships at the C-level. We also emphasize achieving sales targets while understanding the broader IT landscape and promoting a collaborative, customer success-focused environment.
