仕事内容
In our role as a CRM & Industry Workflows Solutions Consultant at ServiceNow, we focus on creating substantial impacts through strategic contributions to our sales team. Our primary responsibilities include devising effective sales strategies, identifying customer challenges, and communicating compelling, differentiated value propositions to our clients. It is crucial to engage with audiences, establish credibility, and maintain a start-up mentality.
We lead initiatives to bolster the credibility of ServiceNow's CRM & Industry Workflows solutions and develop persuasive discussions that highlight our technology's market standing. Developing programs for sales colleagues to communicate the value of our customer services is part of our efforts to enhance internal and external engagement. As domain and solution experts, we broaden our expertise continually, aligning product features with customer needs by working closely with Product Management and Development.
We also focus on sharing best practices and insights to boost the efficiency of our team. Keeping abreast of competitive analyses and market trends is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical decision-makers. Supporting marketing events such as user conferences, trade shows, and webinars is also part of our role.
Our success hinges on a thorough understanding of the challenges in customer service organizations, together with over seven years of solution consulting experience. We demonstrate our pre-sales proficiency through exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of initiative, and the ability to build credibility with executives and influencers. Familiarity with the ServiceNow Platform, along with a passion for evangelizing our capabilities, is essential. Flexibility, creative problem-solving skills, and a willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time, are also expected.
