仕事内容

As a Customer Outcomes Senior Technical Consultant, we are responsible for configuring the ServiceNow Platform—including IT Workflow, Customer Workflow, Employee Workflow, and Platform—by following leading practices to deliver solutions that meet customer outcomes. We are the functional and technical expert in customer engagements, participating in workshops with customers to evaluate current processes and establish future-state processes. Our role involves designing and delivering ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions with a focus on creating a long-term successful architecture that adheres to ServiceNow’s technical standards.

Additionally, we provide oversight and conduct unit testing of code developed by partner or customer employees. Our role includes advising customers on leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform to enhance their business processes. We guide customers through completing necessary documentation like business requirement workbooks related to the technical aspects of solutions. Providing feedback to product development for improving the product based on customer interaction experiences is also part of our responsibilities. We maintain relevant skills and certifications for ITAM to ensure competency in our role.

Our qualifications include the ability to integrate AI into work processes and decision-making effectively, a minimum of 8 years of experience within a professional services organization, fluency in Japanese, and the capacity to travel up to 20%. We have expertise in ITAM, with a creative approach to running projects independently, and possess ServiceNow certifications aligned with the workflow. We work flexibly in various work personas that include remote, flexible, or office-required settings depending on the role’s nature.
