仕事内容
In this role, we are responsible for generating new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model. This involves engaging in various strategic tasks such as account planning, territory planning, researching prospective customers, and executing field-based sales activities. We work within a defined set of prospects, territories, or verticals to achieve our sales objectives.
Our day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with multiple C-suite executives (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales. We are tasked with managing client relationship mappings to the account team and orchestrating an account strategy with a broad virtual team, which includes Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing. By becoming trusted advisors, we understand our customers' business needs and advise them on how ServiceNow can assist with their IT roadmaps.
Furthermore, we identify and engage the appropriate specialist or support resources at the right time to enhance our deals. Our effectiveness in this role is supported by leveraging AI to integrate into work processes for decision-making and problem-solving, achieving sales targets, and promoting a customer success focus in a collaborative team environment. Our ability to understand the broader picture regarding ServiceNow's IT strategies is crucial, as well as maintaining robust relationships with C-Level executives.
