仕事内容
As part of the Customer Outcomes team, our role involves accelerating platform adoption and enhancing customer outcomes. We engage clients by providing exceptional consultancy services utilizing a robust ecosystem of partners and methodologies built on extensive customer engagement experiences. The Customer Outcomes Platform Architect will serve as a technical advisor, crucial in helping our clients establish a ServiceNow Platform foundation and design solutions aimed at improving their outcomes. This involves ensuring customers adopt leading practices concerning instance strategy, technical governance, core data, and integrations while maintaining platform health.
Our work requires close collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including executives, platform owners, and development teams through the selling, structuring, and implementation phases of solutions. You will act as a technical expert across several engagements, guiding customers, partners, and team members towards successful solution deployment. This includes forming relationships with technical and business leaders to understand and integrate ServiceNow into their digital transformation strategies, creating a customer-focused roadmap translating goals into outcomes, and turning business requirements into architectural blueprints.
Additionally, engaging with customer Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as a digital platform standard and managing technical governance are key to your responsibilities. You will also support sales efforts through engagement scoping and continuously contribute to the development of best practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform. Maintaing up-to-date skills and certifications, and mentoring others to support their professional growth, are also critical components of the role.
