仕事内容
As a member of our Solution Consulting team, we are tasked with making a significant impact on our company's future success by supporting the Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales. Our role involves guiding revenue enhancement for one of our products, collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. We act as hands-on technical consultants with the capability to delve deeply into solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.
In this role, we develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions while striving to meet quarterly and annual sales goals in an assigned territory. We serve as technical and domain experts within client-facing sales teams, leading discovery workshops to uncover customer challenges and showcasing product demonstrations to align our solutions with customer needs.
Furthermore, we respond to product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues, while also guiding strategic programs in major accounts, such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreements. Providing feedback to product management for potential product enhancements and sharing best practices with other Solution Consultants is key to enhancing our team's efficiency and effectiveness. Staying informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation is essential, as is supporting marketing events like executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
To succeed in this position, proficiency in Japanese and authorization to work in Japan are required, along with experience in AI integrations, pre-sales solution consulting, and technical expertise with cloud solutions such as the ServiceNow platform. Effective territory management skills and a willingness to travel are also necessary for excellent execution and collaboration with sales counterparts.
