仕事内容
In the role of Customer Outcomes Senior Principal Success Architect, we are tasked with driving improved customer outcomes through strategic relationship management and platform adoption. Our responsibilities include developing and maintaining C-level executive relationships across 1-3 large enterprise customers, specifically with leaders such as CIOs, CFOs, and CHROs. We focus on understanding these organizations' goals and formulating customer roadmaps that align with ServiceNow offerings to enhance product adoption, facilitate renewals, and expand service use.
A critical part of our duties involves implementing co-delivery models through collaboration with ecosystem partners to accelerate customers' time to value. We establish governance models for delivery operations and partake in account delivery governance to ensure a transparent value proposition. Additionally, we act as advocates for ServiceNow's best practices and lend our expertise on optimizing advisory services and co-delivery frameworks.
Our role demands a thorough understanding of digital transformation processes, industry-specific challenges, and solution development for aligning goals with tangible outcomes. We engage in developing account strategies and cultivate relationships with large consultancies, technology firms, and industry leaders to bolster our service delivery and client satisfaction.
Our success is measured by maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics and successfully deploying large programs by leveraging our experience in CRM transformations and digital initiatives. A substantial management consulting background and experience with leading digital/enterprise software transformations in top-tier consulting firms is crucial for success in this capacity. Proficiency in both Japanese and English, alongside integration of AI technologies into work processes, is essential in this role to navigate and advance our value proposition effectively.
