仕事内容

In this role, we are responsible for generating new business sales revenue through a SaaS license model. This involves account planning, territory planning, researching potential customers, and executing business development strategies within a designated set of prospects, territories, or verticals. Our tasks include developing relationships with multiple C-suite executives, such as CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and CDOs, across all product sales. We also oversee client relationship mapping and coordinate an account strategy with a broad virtual team, which includes Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing.

In addition, we act as trusted advisors to our customers by understanding their business needs and advising on how ServiceNow can enhance their IT roadmap. It's crucial to identify the right specialist or support resources to involve in a deal at the appropriate time. To succeed in this role, we leverage our experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This includes using AI-powered tools and automating workflows. With over 7 years of sales experience within a software or solutions sales organization, we establish trusted relationships with clients and internal teams, produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain strong C-Level relationships while achieving sales targets. Our focus on customer success promotes a collaborative, "win as a team" environment, while understanding the broader strategic plans around IT.
